how does it work?
~ Contact us to request availability for the time frame you would like to book your party!
~ Pay your $100 deposit in person or via PayPal ahead of time to reserve your date. This non-refundable deposit will be applied to your total balance on the date of the party.
~ Final headcount will be due via email 7 days before your party date to prepare materials and food/beverage orders
| Each party must have a minimum of 5 confirmed guests
| We will allow up to 2 additional "last minutes" guests the day of the party IF you party does not exceed 16 confirmed guests.
~ The day of your party, you will be given 15 minutes before your party time to set up anything you would like to bring, and 15 minutes after your party time to pack up any decorations/paintings/gifts/etc.
| We will have tables/chairs set up for the number of expected guests and up to 2 last minute guests.
| The painting and dance party portion will take up roughly an hour, so please plan accordingly for cake/gifts/etc.
